We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on all products within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and gently used to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box and include the packing slip provided in your return authorization email.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our green beauty team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
